Author Heather Montgomery Visits Paine Intermediate

Author Heather Montgomery entertained Paine Intermediate students during four presentations today.  Her books included Wild Discoveries Wacky New Animals, The Case of the Missing Arctic Fox and Other True Animal Mysteries, Kingsnakes, Rattlesnakes, Garter Snakes, and Why Do My Teeth Fall Out?  Ms. Montgomery uses yuck appeal to engage young minds and inspire children to make their own wild discoveries. She has a B.S. in Biology, a M.S. in Environmental Education, and awards for her educational programs. Ms. Montgomery is  the Education Coordinator at Camp McDowell.
