Thank You
Our GaTE field trip to Atlanta today was delayed returning when one of the buses experienced a mechanical problem. A new bus had to be secured, delaying the return by approximately two hours. I want to issue a sincere thank you to everyone who worked together to make the best of a difficult situation. I have not heard a single negative comment from anyone. I have, however, heard lots of positive comments about what a great trip it was and how well our students handled everything. We appreciate the patience and flexibility of our parents. I want to say a special thank you to our teachers - Sue Koch, Lynne Rea, Jennifer Bruno, and Jill Christopher. Many thanks to Officer Bradford and Jim Bruno for their help with traffic and pick up. We have an incredible team! Again, thank you all!

The delay could not have been better reported. Parents loved the text updates of the situation. Mrs. Koch thought ahead and set up that system of notification should it be needed. She was thoughtful enough to even text that the children are warm and safe. You do have a great team:). Thank you.
