Important Information for Our Fifth Graders

Any upcoming 6^th grader who has turned 11 years of age on or before the first day of the 2014-2015 school year must have a booster of the T-Dap vaccine.  Until June 19 parents may bring the updated form to Paine Intermediate; after June 19 parents should take the immunization form to HTMS during the days they are accepting registration contributions.  Please check the HTMS web page for the dates they will be accepting the forms.
