Flu vaccinations will be provided for those students that
have BCBS Peehip (Education Employees) on September 24th. If
you are interested in your student receiving the flu vaccine at school, please
contact Tresia Mize, school nurse, via email or phone by Wednesday, September 4th. Mrs. Mize will send the
appropriate form home with your child to be filled out and returned.
