PAINE YEARBOOK ADVERTISING

Ads and Shout Outs

Ad and Shout Out Prices:

·       1/2 page ad     $150.00

·       1/4 page ad     $ 80.00

·       1/8 page ad    $ 45.00 (Business Card)

·       Shout Out      $ 25.00 (25 Words – No images)

The deadline to submit your COMPLETED Ad or Shout Out is September 30^th.   

·       GOOD  - You may submit your materials in hard copy form (business cards, letterhead etc.) with layout instructions in the envelope.  DO NOT staple any materials. 

·       BETTER - Email your digital .jpeg images to yearbookads@painepto.org and include instructions for your ad layout in the body of the email.

·       BEST- Email your completed ad in .jpeg format to yearbookads@painepto.org.

·       PDF files or Word documents will NOT work.  

·       Pictures MUST be taken at a resolution of at least 5 megapixels.  

·       All ads will be in color.

·       Shout Outs must be 25 words or less. Text only.  NO images.

·       Please send a check, made payable to Paine PTO, in envelope marked “PTO Yearbook Ad,” to your child’s teacher. 

·       No spots will be reserved.  Space is limited and your ad space will not be reserved until we have received your COMPLETED ad AND payment.
